I will purchase all your ingredients from Ocado / M&S* and get the shopping delivered to your home! Just tell me the convenient time for delivery. I do all your food shopping for you - all you have to do is put it away!

I make no money on your shopping bill at all like some companies do. I send you a copy of the online ingredients receipt - you just pay me back for the bill once you confirm the cost is okay - simple!

I will tell you now - if you go on a diet and eat the same, boring food every single day, it won’t last long. It’s not sustainable. Diets don’t last. Lifestyle changes do. You can go on a diet for 6 six weeks eating chicken and eggs every day, but when that diet ends, you’ll go back to your old eating habits and put the weight back on. Even if you do find success in these diets in regards to weight loss, I guarantee you won’t be hitting your nutrient goals to enable you to perform to your best ability each and every day.
With a lifestyle change, you change your habits for good! For this reason, you have to enjoy what you are eating and have a wide range of variety to keep things interesting, exciting and enjoyable!

FAQs
I live with other members of my household and we don’t want to eat separate dinners. Can they eat the same as me ?
Yes! They don’t have to join your diet but they can join you for dinner! Just let me know and I will increase the quantity of ingredients so your dinners serve 2,3,4 portions instead of just 1.
What if there are recipe meals with ingredients I don’t like?
I send you the ingredients list' for your confirmation before I place any food shopping order. Any item that you simply do not like I will find an alternative ingredient that you do like or simply leave it out of the dish!
Do I have to cook every evening?
Cooking is going to become an exciting new hobby for you! You won’t be viewing it as a chore any longer. They are all quick & easy recipes so you won’t be slaving away at the stove. However, there will be some batch-cooking evenings for those
evenings in the week when you’re busy and pushed for time.
Do I have to lose weight if I sign up?
You don’t have to! If you are a healthy weight already and simply want to eat healthier and enjoy your food more, then I will just set your calorie intake to ‘maintain your current weight’ and you can just reap the benefits of becoming a healthier you!
Is there any exercise programs you could recommend?
The NHS running program for beginners called, ‘Couch to 5K,’ I highly recommend!
The 7-minute workout challenge app is great for toning up and muscle conditioning.
Add these two programs to your weekly schedule and you will be summitting Ben Nevis within a few months! Guaranteed!

The value of what I am offering you as a dedicated one-to-one diet organiser coach is of the highest benefit to you in your enjoyable weight-loss journey. The biggest investment anyone can make is in themselves. When you invest in yourself and improve yourself, your life improves and this is priceless!
I will also be saving you a heap of money! I purchase all your food for the entire week - so you won’t be spending ‘unnoticed spendings’ on takeaways, alcohol, popping to the shop for snacks or nipping to the burger van on your lunch break!

If you’re doing my food shopping, will I still need to go to the shops for other household items?
No! You are more than welcome to add any extra household items to your ingredients list when I send it over to you. Ie kitchen roll, toilet roll, mouthwash etc. This is a free of charge extra to the service; whilst I am doing your food shopping online, I may as well get anything else you need!
Can I cancel at any time?
You sign up only for the month. If you want to continue, you simply pay for another month. There are no auto-renewals to catch you out. You simply pay for one month at a time. Once you’ve signed up for the month, it’s 100% commitment needed for the month!

How do you calculate my calorie-deficit?
I use a worldwide calorie-tracking app that works out your calorie intake based on your height, weight and goals. It’s basically my weight-loss calculator! I set up an account, which won’t be linked to any of your personal information. It enables me to work out your calorie deficit, input your ingredients and send you your daily nutritional targets.
Do I have to exercise?
No. You can lose weight based on the mathematics of consuming less energy than your body naturally burns throughout the day. This is called a calorie deficit. However, I do recommend exercising a few times a week and this will be encouraged in the program. Exercise releases endorphins in your brain that make you feel good. It combats low mood and aids better sleep. And the best of all, the more exercise you do, the more you will be able to eat! This is one of the best things about using my method! If you want one of your favourite treats in the evening, you will want to exercise!
Can I drink alcohol?
Absolutely not! I do not include the consumption of a drug that inhibits our performance. If you want to include alcohol on your health and weight-loss journey then this program is not for you.
Alcohol is empty calories. When you are on a calorie deficit, you need all your calories to mean something. Alcohol has no nutritious value at all. Not only that, it makes you tired the next day, which is prone to failure and giving up with healthy eating. Alcohol is a depressant. No one ever achieved their potential by drinking alcohol.
If you really want to succeed with your health and weight-loss, surely you’ll be determined enough to go one month without alcohol!
